Summary: >
One day while late for class, Yusuke ends up in a strange situation. While not exactly a ladies man, he actually has one fall from the sky and land in his lap. The girl named Rouge, seems to have amnesia so Yusuke decides to take her in as she has no where else to go. Time passes and Rouge spends her days finding a happy life living with Yusuke, until two women show up. It appears that Rouges past has just caught up with her.
The two girls are apparently Rouges sisters from a magical alternate universe. They are also intent on taking Rouge back to their kingdom, but there are other more ominous forces that may also work against Yusuke and Rouge staying together.

Ever seen Oh! My Goddess? If you haven't, go watch that. The OVA is quite good. If you have seen Oh! My Goddess, then you can also skip this anime because it's the SAME THING. And no I'm not exaggerating here, it's like a cut and dried facsimile of the series. Now I'm not going to go harping on this anime so much because it's nearly a carbon copy of others, but you have to ask yourself what exactly is the point of something so similar?
The characters aren't all that bad. Yusuke is a tolerable male character who seems somewhat plausible. Rouge is that innocent demure sort of girl who fits a sort of idealistic archetype of Japanese housewife. The obnoxious sisters are well... lively if anything. And the villains are quite villainous yes indeed. And if you can put this together in your head from anime stereotypes you are looking right at this anime. It's almost like it was assembled from standard formulas - and the plot too for that matter.
Animation wise it actually wasn't that bad. Character designs were also pretty good in fact. Which is why it's somewhat of a mystery that Princess Rouge never sought to claim its own stake.
Did I mention it's only two volumes? Yeah, it's like a 12 or perhaps even 6 part series with only the first two episodes done - and all that will ever be completed. Ouch!
Even being a formula right to the core, this title has a bit of charm to it. It will probably put a smile on your face for a time or two, but other than that it is unfortunately rather dull. Even given all of those counts against it, the real reason I will tell you to stay away from this series is because there is only two episodes. It never goes anywhere! Sort of sad in a way, but it didn't look like it had any particular direction that hadn't been tread upon before.
