Aya Kadoi is the main artist for Kakyuusei. As far as I know, she at least did the character designs, although I'm not sure if she also did the rest of the artwork, or if the people at Elf did some too. She has a very distinct way of drawing characters, and has done work for other various H games, such as Refrain Blue among others (eh.. which I can't remember).
