Tina is a mysterious foreign exchange student who always seems to be floating around in a bikini. She, and her brother Tim, are originally from "an island in the South Pacific". Tina is VERY friendly, and typically wears a rather revealing bikini sort of outfit. Tina doesn't make any appearance in the OAV. In the TV series she is featured in episode 14. Even though Tina instantly takes a liking to Tsuyoshi, he mainly spends his time trying to get away from her...
