In the game you eventually need to make money in order to take girls on dates. And that's where your job comes in, the job at the Dokaza cafe. One of your coworkers there is Minatsu. She's abit more mature, seems fairly cheerful, and has a good sense of humor (other than that I really don't know much about her). In the anime she's basically a side character. Minoru actually is totally smitten with her, which is why he tends to come around the cafe. In the game she is one of the harder girls to win over, since she's interested in him. If you don't get her opinion of you high enough by a certain point, you basically lose her to Minoru.
