Haruhiko is the all around "bad guy" in Kakyuusei. He comes from a very rich and powerful family. Generally he's up to no good, and has rather sinister intentions when it comes to girls. I heard somewhere that he somehow knows Reiko, but I can't recall where... (maybe it's because they're both rich?). Haruhiko is also the leader of the tennis club, which of course Mizuho is a part of. This directly pits you against Haruhiko in the game, and transfers into the OAV as Haruhiko and Tohru being arch rivals. In the TV series, Tsuyoshi it seems could care less about him, although Haruhiko despises Tsuyoshi.
